You have the best calendar out there by a long shot. I have been using it for about 6 years now. I have trouble finding the template every year but now you have put your information right on the spreadsheet, which is great. I use it as a daytimer - I record my employee hours to the different jobs for each day. I color fill the cells for the different jobs so that I can see easily at a glance the hours and jobs. Then off to the side I can add up the matching job hours for each job with excel. I can enter as much info as I want in the description cells for rcord purposes.
